wow, I haven't used livejounal for a long time. I'm restarting this journal now for several reasons...
- after moving to a new house with Mark, I now have the space to enjoy my dolls rather then have them stuck on shelves.
- I've seen some of my flickr friends start doll journals here, so would like to keep upto date with them.
- I miss having doll friends. I used to be active in the pullipstyle forum, but it became so popular I got lost in it. Although I still read the forum, I prefer to be part of smaller communities as it seems more personal.
So hello to people who still have me on friends lists, and hello to any new people!

I'm not sure if anyone can help me, but I've been searching for the shrink plastic you can print on (with an ink jet printer) but can't find it locally! Online I can't find anywhere that will ship to the UK, does anybody know where I can get some from?

hehehehehehhehehe....I've just ordered new dolls! Yey!
I decided to part with some of my dolls that I never really bonded with, and now I know they're going to a home which will appreciate them more. So everyone's a winner really!
I've also joined the House of Pullip forum, which seems really nice and friendly!

I've been wanting a sooni dal for ages, and finally she's mine! She's so awesomely cute! Although finding the right name for her is proving difficult!

as it is for chill, also nameless so far!

and finally zuora! Who is nameless too, but only because I can't decide between names! I'm thinking either Nico or Silence Iona?

What does everyone think of the new releases?
Aquel is a bit bland for me, I think she's pretty but not really inspiring...plus I'm really not keen on her style, but Hash is a different story! I think he's lovely! I don't really know anything bout the whole J-rock scene, but a cute doll is a cute doll to me!
And I'm not really into the special Alice set, the skintone is dreamy but the ultra blondeness looks a bit off to me, plus at those prices, not for me!

....I've just got some money from selling a few dolls, which means I can buy new dolls! Yey!
But which ones! My current wish list is...

Well, it's time to kick this journal into life! Hi to all the new people I've added *waves*
Over the next couple of weeks I'm really going to update this journal, since my final year of Uni is nearly over and my dissertation is handed in, now I finally have the time! Yey! I need to sort out the User info to include all the dolls in my family, and also give them an entry each to introduce them. And then pic fics, something I've always wanted to do more.
Mostly I post my doll photos on flickr, i'm stitchesandstars there.
